4. What if I need to cancel or change my ticket? |
CANCELLATIONS: If you for any reason want to cancel your booking you must give us written notice of cancellation. Cancellation charges are dependent on the supplier’s terms and conditions vary accordingly. These charges vary according to whether you have booked a package or other travel arrangements. After departure there will be no refund of any unused Tickets. In addition all bookings for other travel arrangements (e.g. flight only) will be non-refundable within 72 hours of departure. The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.If you need to make a change we will need to get the ticket back before your departure date and make the change as needed. If changes are permitted there will be a fee assessed by the airline. If you need to make a change after departure and this is permitted, you need to bring your ticket to the airline office or airport at your destination and they will make the change for you. There is a change fee involved as well (usually £125) and the same booking class will have to be available to make this change. However typically the airlines will not permit you to have your ticket refunded - which in certain cases we do offer (with the applicable penalty).
